• No refund is entertained as it is a personalized gift.
• Damage Claims: Video must be recorded while opening the delivered package in case of damage replacements.
• *Damage Claims: Any damage claims MUST be reported in 48 hours. For damage claim opening video is mandatory.
• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to manufacture and must be cancelled. We reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailable of stocks or pricing information.
• We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited in your account once the place order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side.
•If you cancel any order which is not yet started, you will get a refund after deducting the 3% cancellation charges.
• Once the Design starts and at the Design stage u don't like the design after making all the modifications also you want to Cancel the order at that time the Design Charges 20% will be deducted and the rest will be refunded back.
• After the Design Confirmation there will be NO Refund / Return / Cancellation will be applicable.
